Aniversario Feliz al Taquito

I would like to take a moment out of my day to say thanks/gracias to the Mexican restaurant El-Indio for creating the Taquito. This year marks the 65th anniversary of the taquito, or 'little taco.' And we owe it all to them. It sort of makes me sad thinking of what the mexican food industry would be like without taquitos, or what my dining experience would have been like at Pancho's without it. All I know is I would have had that Pancho's flag raised at half mast. So, everyone who is reading this, lets all have a moment of silence and remember the taquito, and all the good times it has shared with us.
