07.21: National D-Day in Japan

A little tweak of a quirk in the Japanese language makes July 21 National Diddling Day.

Japanese permits the date "0721" for July 21 to be read as o-na-ni-i.

By coincidence, this pronunciation is almost identical to onani, a derivative of Onanism, which just about any good student of the Bible would be able to tell is the polite way to refer to, well, self-flagellation.
